the staff was exceptionally helpful and honest, as they promptly returned a forgotten wallet with all its contents intact. the clean and comfortable room provided a great place to rest, and the newly renovated bathroom was impressive. the service was top-notch, and the location was ideal for my needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the non-smoking atmosphere and the cleanliness of the surroundings.
The language barrier with the front desk staff caused some communication difficulties.

Had a great New Year experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and honest. I left something behind in my room and they delivered it to me in the US with everything intact. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to public transport and close to many local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern fixtures and a nice view.
The customer service at the hotel was lacking. The staff didn't seem to speak much English and appeared annoyed when we tried to ask them questions.

The room was clean and comfortable. the location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city during the New Year. the staff was helpful when it came to providing us with useful information about nearby restaurants and entertainment.
The customer service was not up to par, as the staff seemed to lack the ability to communicate effectively with us. There was also a peculiar leg massaging machine in the room that seemed a bit strange and unnecessary.
